Joe is one of those who models the pastor/theologian role. He has a wonderfully balanced philosophy of ministry and a great church. Joe is one of the reasons I am proud (in the Christian sense of the word) to be associated with Moody Bible Institute. I don’t hear very often from former students but when I do I am always impressed by their creativity and faithfulness.
